The Club


We welcome new members and can accommodate all levels and experience of runner. If you would like to join, or just want to find out more, come down and visit us. Just come 5-10 mins minutes before the start time, the training session will be explained by that day’s leader who would happy to answer any questions.

We train every Monday and Thursday, from 6.30pm, excluding bank holidays, at the Norton Sports Charity, 74 Station Road, Norton. The first three training sessions are free, so come down and see us, you will always be welcome.

Club Fees

Club membership runs from January 1st to December 31st memberships are due from 1st January, membership rates are:

Senior membership

£20 + £15 England Athletics fee if competing in races

Family membership
£30 + £15  EA fee for each family member of competing in races

Junior membership
£10 + £15  EA fee if competing in races

OAP/Unemployed/Students membership
£10 + £15  EA fee if competing in races

England Athletics Registration Fee

If you wish to race on behalf of the club, you will need to register with England Athletics. As a  member, you will benefit from reduced race entry fees. England Athletics fees are applicable from April 1st to March 31st, but we ask that they are paid with your club subs to ensure that we can process your registration. This allows for competition as an attached runner.

Training Nights

Training night fees are £1 for senior and junior members.


The Club is managed by a committee who are elected at the Annual General Meeting that takes place in January each year.

Norton Sports Village is on Station Road, conveniently located just off the A19.

Travelling from the A19, take the A1027 signposted Norton. At the first roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Junction Road. At the first turning on the right take Station Road. The sports complex is on the left, just before the railway crossing.
