5 mile trail race in Cowpen Bewley run under Trail Association rules
We are delighted to host the Absent Friends Trail Race on the 13th February 2022 which this year has been combined with the Gavin Duffy Memorial Race . The race is run on a testing course that takes in the beauty of Cowpen Bewley County Park. It is a warm, welcoming race to remember Gavin and other members and has been operating for over 12 years.
