Monday Night Sessions
Monday night sessions are used as a recovery run. These sessions are run in groups based on ability/preference.
- Group 1: A run between 5-6 miles, between 9:30-10 minute mile pace.
- Group 2: 4-5mile run around 10-11 minute mile pace.
- Group 3: 3mile(5k) run around 12+ min mile pace.
Thursday Night Sessions
Thursday nights provide a more intensive session, these vary depending on which group you train with.
- Group 1 and 2 a session led by a trained coach. Time trials, interval based training, distance/timed pyramids, VO2 Max etc. open to all ability.
- Group 3 will be a 3 mile run with varying pacing.
Friday Night Strength and Conditioning
On Friday nights, Tom Wing, with Teesside Centre of Health and Performance, holds weekly S&C sessions for BMHH. Separate from the club sessions, you are able to access a full hour of tailored strength and rehabilitation work, with all aim on injury prevention and lowering those times. Sessions are at 7:15pm, at Billingham cricket club. Price of £7.50 per session. For more information speak to Laura or Paul Edwards.
